333 Accountants Limited ("we", "us", "our") is a UK company providing accountancy and tax services. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller.

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, company details, financial records supplied for our services), information collected automatically via our website (cookies, IP address, browser type), and information from third parties where necessary (Companies House, HMRC, credit reference agencies).

How we use your data

We use your data to deliver our accountancy services, comply with our regulatory obligations (money laundering, tax law), communicate with you, and improve our services.

Lawful basis

We rely on: performance of a contract (delivering services), legal obligation (tax and AML compliance), and legitimate interests (running our business responsibly).
