See which jobs make money while they're still live.
Most accountants tell you profit once a year, long after you can act on it. We build live dashboards so you can see contribution and margin per project, product line or client, as it happens. Combined with quarterly strategy calls, it turns your books into a decision-making tool.
Stop losing money on jobs you thought were profitable.

A straightforward process.
Discovery
We map how your business actually makes money, whether that is by job, product line or service tier, then design a reporting structure that reflects it.
Build
Chart of accounts restructured, tracking categories set up in Xero, and a live dashboard configured.
Report
Weekly bookkeeping feeds the dashboard automatically. You get a monthly management pack in plain English.
Advise
Quarterly strategy call to review the numbers, spot the outliers and plan the next quarter's priorities.
Frequently asked.
What software do you use for the dashboard?
Xero. We build the reporting on top of its native tracking categories, so every cost lands against the job it belongs to and the dashboard updates as the bookkeeping goes in. If you are on something else, migrating you across is part of onboarding.
Is this only for construction firms?
Yes. We only work with construction firms: contractors, subcontractors and design-and-build firms, and nothing else. That is a deliberate choice. It means we already know how retentions, stage payments, variations and CIS deductions distort what a job looks like on paper, and we know the handful of places margin usually leaks out. You are not paying us to learn your industry on your accounts, and you are not getting a general-practice template with a construction label on it. If you build for a living, this was built for you.
How long until we see numbers?
Typically two to four weeks to restructure your books and stand up the dashboard. First management pack is usually ready by the end of your next full month of trading.
