A straightforward process.
Kick-off
A one-hour deep-dive on your idea, market and ambition. We leave with a clear brief and a scope of work.
Numbers first
We build the financial model (revenue drivers, cost base, headcount plan, cashflow) and pressure-test the assumptions.
Plan written
The narrative plan is drafted around the numbers. Clean structure, investor-friendly language, no filler.
Review & refine
You review, we refine, and we prep you for the Q&A investors or lenders will hit you with.
Frequently asked.
Do you help with funding applications directly?
We produce the financial and plan artefacts lenders and investors ask for, and we'll sit on calls with your advisors. We don't broker funding directly, but we plug into most UK startup lenders and investor networks.
How long does it take?
Typically three to four weeks from kick-off to finished plan for a first-time founder. Faster if you already have solid market and pricing data.
Do you help incorporate the company too?
Yes. Incorporation, share structure, director appointments, PAYE and VAT registration are all part of the wider startup package, quoted separately if you only need the setup work.
Talk to an accountant who actually understands your job.
We'll review where you are, spot any tax you shouldn't be paying, and give you a tailored quote. No obligation.
